On the landing page, major tourist-attraction lighthouses are showcased. Detailed information about each lighthouse, including amenities offered, can be viewed by clicking “View More” on the respective listing.
Login to the Portal:
Navigate to the “Book Your Ticket” section
View the Lighthouse Ticket Price List.
Login using your mobile number or email ID.
Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile/email to authenticate.
Ticket Booking
a. New Booking
Go to “New Booking”.
Select the State/Union Territory, followed by the Directorate and the desired Lighthouse.
Note: Tickets can be booked for the current date only. Advance booking is not available.
Select Nationality and enter Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number.
Choose the number of Adult and Child visitors.
Click “Next”.
A summary page will display the booking details. Verify all entries.
Acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions.
Click on “Pay Now” to proceed.
b. Bulk Booking
Navigate to the “Bulk Booking” section.
Select Nationality, State/Union Territory, Directorate, and Lighthouse.
Enter Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, and Date of Visit (current date only).
Specify the number of Adults and Children.
The total payable amount will be displayed.
Verify all details and proceed by clicking “Pay Now”.
Payment:
Upon clicking “Pay Now”, you will be redirected to the payment gateway.
Payments can be made through multiple available options.
After successful payment, the portal will redirect back and display a confirmation message with a ticket download option.
Tickets are valid only for the date of booking.
Visitors must present the digital or printed ticket at the lighthouse entrance.
Manage Your Booking
a. My Booking
This section displays all booked tickets with brief details and payment amounts.
Tickets can be downloaded in Excel or PDF format.
b. My Transactions
This section shows the history of all transactions (successful or attempted).
Details include Order Number, Bank Transaction Number, and Amount Paid.
Data can be downloaded in Excel or PDF format.
Feedback:
Visitors can provide feedback through the Feedback section available on the portal.
Logging Out:
After completing ticket booking or management tasks, click the “Log Out” button to securely exit.
The system will automatically log out the user, after 3 minutes of inactivity.
During Your Visit:
Present the printed or digital ticket at the entry gate.
Keep the ticket with you at all times during your visit.
